SHIPPING POLICY

Nature's Pick delivers fresh, premium berries directly to your door in Cairo. All deliveries are handled by our own team to ensure your berries arrive at peak freshness.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to New Cairo and 6th of October City only. If your delivery address falls outside these areas, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery address is within our service area before placing an order. We plan to expand to additional areas across Cairo and Egypt in the future.

2. Delivery Day

All deliveries are made on Saturday of each week. We do not currently offer delivery on other days. As demand grows, additional delivery days may be introduced.

3. Order Cutoff

To receive delivery on Saturday, your order must be placed by Thursday at 11:59 PM (Cairo time). Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff will be scheduled for delivery the following Saturday.

4. Delivery Window

Deliveries are made between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM on the scheduled delivery day. We are unable to guarantee a specific time within this window, but our driver will contact you before heading to your location.

5. Delivery Fees

Orders of EGP 1,000 or above qualify for free delivery. Orders below EGP 1,000 are subject to a flat delivery fee of EGP 50. Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

6. What to Expect on Delivery Day

Before heading out for delivery, our driver will contact you by phone and WhatsApp to confirm your availability. If you are available, the driver will deliver directly to you. If we are unable to reach you by phone or WhatsApp, the order will be left at your door in a shaded area where possible. Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate at checkout.

7. Packaging

All orders are carefully packed to protect your berries during transit. We recommend refrigerating your berries as soon as possible after delivery to maintain optimal freshness.

8. Freshness Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every delivery. If your berries arrive damaged or not meeting our freshness standards, please contact us at support@naturespick.store or call +20 122 765 7244 within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We cannot guarantee freshness in the following cases: the recipient was unavailable and the order was left unattended for an extended period, an incorrect delivery address was provided, or the berries were not refrigerated promptly after delivery.

9. Order Tracking
