Welcome to Nature's Pick. By accessing and using this website (naturespick.store) and/or making a purchase, you accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place any orders.

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and all sales made through naturespick.store. They apply to all orders placed by consumers within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

2. Use of the Website

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. Fraudulent or abusive use of the site is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access to certain features of the site at any time.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, weights, imagery, and nutritional data. However, as our products are natural and fresh, slight variations in appearance, size, and weight may occur. All prices are expressed in EGP and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.

4. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to New Cairo and 6th of October City only. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery address is within our service area before placing an order. If your delivery address falls outside these areas, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Freshness and Perishable Goods

Nature's Pick products are fresh, perishable goods. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that our berries have a limited shelf life and should be refrigerated at 2–4°C immediately upon delivery. Best consumed within 5 days of delivery. We cannot guarantee product freshness if delivery instructions are not followed or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery and the order is left unattended.

6. Allergen and Food Safety Information

Our products are natural fresh fruit. While berries do not contain common allergens, they are handled in facilities that may also process other food products. Specific allergen and nutritional information is provided on each product page. If you have any food allergies or sensitivities, please contact us at support@naturespick.store before ordering.

7. Orders and Payments

Each order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment. Payments must be made through the methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or product unavailability.

8. Shipping and Delivery

All deliveries are made on Saturday of each week. Orders must be placed by Thursday at 11:59 PM (Cairo time) to be included in that week's delivery. Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff will be delivered the following Saturday. Deliveries are made between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Orders below EGP 1,000 are subject to a delivery fee of EGP 50. Orders of EGP 1,000 or above qualify for free delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage if the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or circumstances beyond our control. 9. Returns, Refunds, and Quality Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns in the traditional sense. However, if your berries arrive damaged, spoiled, or not meeting our quality standards, please contact us at support@naturespick.store or call +20 122 765 7244 within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement with your next Saturday delivery or a full refund at your preference. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or as store credit that does not expire. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products that have spoiled due to improper storage after delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, images, logos, illustrations, photography, and design, is the property of Nature's Pick and may not be used without prior written authorisation.

11. Liability and Limitations

Nature's Pick is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the site or products purchased. We do not guarantee that the site will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical issues. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this site and placing orders, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
